Refund Policy

JASH INTERNATIONAL follows the SAFESCRYPT(SIFY) policy that does not offer a refund once a digital signature certificate is enrolled and issued.

However if a subscriber does by any chance delete his certificate or his private key within the first 15 days of issuance of the digital signature certificate, a free replacement is offered. However no refunds are possible.

If a customer is unsure about his/her purchase the option to cancel the order prior to sending the enrollment documents to us exists. Such customers should send an email to support@esign.in requesting a reversal of charges paid online via the Times of Money payment gateway services.

Such reversal of charges will take unto 10 days to be reflected into your credit card or bank account.
